About the Role

Join Solar Provider Group in building the future of sustainable energy! You will be leading our efforts in markets around the U.S. (currently Northeast and Midwest) to acquire land rights (long-term leases or purchase options), supporting the development of mid-size solar and battery storage projects. You are ideal for this position if you:

Responsibilities


• Email, phone, and in-person outreach (including cold calls)

• Work with the project development team to qualify leads

• Develop, present, and negotiate proposals, presentations, lease agreements, term sheets, and purchase options to prospective landlords and land owners

• Identify lead sources, and generate lead lists using software tools as applicable

• Support development of sales collateral, marketing materials, etc

• Maintenance of existing landlord relationships, including diligence payments

• Manage and update CRM records with activity, status, and notes

• Travel to engage with landowners in the United States

• Other duties as assigned by the manager


KPIs


Outreach: # Outbound Calls/Day, # Inbound Calls/Day, # Email Per Day

Dispositions: Contracts Under Review, Prospecting Etc..

# of Land Acquisition Contracts Executed Per Month

Requirements

  • Travel up to 50%

  • College or Bachelor's degree

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, CRM

  • (Preferred) previous experience in real estate or energy

  • Strong relationship-building skills

  • Negotiation experience

  • CRM system experience
