These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at solarprovidergroup.com (the "Site") and any communications you receive from us in connection with our United States and Canadian operations, including text messages, emails, and phone calls (collectively, the "Services").

 

The Site and Services are operated by Solar Provider Group LLC, together with its North American operating subsidiaries Solar Provider Installations Inc. (United States) and Ontario Solar Provider Inc. (Canada). These entities operate together under the brand "Solar Provider Group" and are referred to in these Terms collectively as the "Organization," "Solar Provider Group," "we," "us," or "our."

 

For Services and communications directed to recipients in the United States, the responsible operating entity is Solar Provider Installations Inc. For Services and communications directed to recipients in Canada, the responsible operating entity is Ontario Solar Provider Inc.

 

The Solar Provider Group corporate group also includes operating entities outside North America (including SP Developments Europe GmbH in Germany), which conduct business through separate websites and are not covered by these Terms. By accessing the Site or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or respond to our communications.

 

1. About the Organization

 

The Organization develops utility-scale solar projects and works with landowners to lease land suitable for solar development. We contact landowners and their representatives to discuss potential lease opportunities, negotiate lease terms, and coordinate with landowners during the term of an executed lease.

 

2. Use of the Site

 

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

 

  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any associated accounts

  • Use any automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access the Site without our express written permission

  • Interfere with the operation of the Site or the experience of other users

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

 

3. Communications With Us

 

When you provide your contact information to Solar Provider Group (through the Site, in response to outreach about your property, during a phone call, or otherwise), you consent to receive communications from us by phone call, email, and text message regarding the matters you have discussed with us, including potential solar lease opportunities, ongoing lease negotiations, and matters related to executed leases.

 

Text Messages (SMS)

 

By providing your mobile phone number to us, you consent to receive text messages from Solar Provider Group at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any transaction.

 

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Reply HELP for assistance. We will not share your mobile phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Land and Lease Information

 

Information presented on the Site about solar leases (including potential lease terms, payment ranges, project timelines, eligibility, and similar matters) is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute an offer to lease, a binding commitment, or a guarantee that any particular lease will be offered to you. Any lease arrangement between you and Solar Provider Group will be governed exclusively by the written, signed lease agreement between us.

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

The Site and its content (including text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by or licensed to Solar Provider Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

 

"Solar Provider Group" and related logos are trademarks of Solar Provider Group LLC. All other trademarks appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

 

6. Third-Party Links and Services

 

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by the Organization. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms and privacy policy.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information presented on the Site.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ORGANIZATION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES.

 

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100).

 

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

 

9. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solar Provider Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or Services.

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site or Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
