Alicia Lam

Alicia is a Project Coordinator at SPG, where she supports the development of solar energy projects across Illinois. With a background in Environmental Studies and a passion for advancing renewable energy, she helps guide solar energy projects from early development through key project milestones. Alicia supports project planning, policy research, tracks critical deliverables, and helps navigate the many details involved in successful solar development.

Prior to joining SPG, Alicia worked as a Sustainability Consultant, where she gained valuable experience in evaluating and supporting project development. Her dedication to fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships ensures that every project aligns with the interests of both the community and company goals. Alicia’s passion and knowledge make her an integral part of SPG’s team.
