Jordan Plener

Jordan is the General Counsel of Solar Provider Group, responsible for all legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters across the company’s operations in North America and Europe. He has over 15 years of legal experience focused on public securities, M&A, commercial agreements, and regulatory compliance. 

Before joining SPG, Jordan held roles in both private practice and in-house, supporting complex transactions and building legal functions from the ground up. At SPG, he plays a central role in structuring deals, managing legal risk, and supporting the company’s growth across multiple market
